      <title>broadband dipping</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/broadband-dipping/m-p/4692479#M406186</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband is dipping in and out, despite me doing a hard reset on my hub. I have spoken to Sky, but whenever I do a healthcheck via the app, it simply states that everything is workign fine, when it is clearly not working. How do I follow up to see if engineers have looked at the broadband line itself?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
