    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, so what if it's been doing for the past couple of months keeps cutting in and out so yeah I think I should be owed some money as like I said I'm paying for a subscription that I should be getting full use off witch I'm not&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My internet keeps cutting out and it's really annoying, I have had a new internet boxs to thinking it's that but seems not to be that so sky needs to get something sorted as we paying money for this service and it's not even working so I be calling up tomorrow to complain.! And hoping to get money back for the time it's not working to!!!!</description>

It will also tell you if Skyvare aware of an issue affecting your line. Otherwise you can call Sky. They only pay compensation for complete loss of connection if thecfault is not cleared after 2 full working days after you have reported tge fault.
