This is quite common if they are plugged in behind a TV especially if it is wall mounted. TVs contain a lot of metal which blocks the WiFi signal. Sometimes using a short HDMI extender cable can help as it &amp;nbsp;movescthe stick ut intothevopen - Firesticks used to come eith one in the box but they can be bought quite cheaply.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The other solution is to buy a better wifi set up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
