    <description>Since Tuesday my wifi connections keeps dropping. It says connected with no internet. My phone keeps losing WiFi and I have had difficulty watching programmes on catch up tv. When will this issue be fixed? Paying over £100 a month. I would expect the service to be excellent for this price.</description>

&lt;P&gt;If your devices report connected but no internetvit doesn't sound like an issue with the WiFi signal in your home but rather a line issue.
