Note the test intially shows the result of the last routine test if thst says everything is fine click to run it again,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Sky are not aware of a fault call them and report it the lines should be opening now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
