Just take ID with you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My router was due to arrive on the July, 9th but royal mail has been playing around, for 2 consecutive days they put on the tracking system that no-one was in the property, what is not true since I've been home both days. Now on the system says that I can collect the order but since they never came to my house and never left a "something for you" card I can't collect it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My broadband is now live and I can't use it because I don't have the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already complained with royal mail, but they haven't done anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
