Wifi issue

Hi,

I'm hoping someone will be able to give me some advice please, my wifi isn't working as it should.

All the speed and availability tests show it's fine but it's not working on any of the phones in the house, we have to turn to 4G to get signal.
We have turned all the phones off and on and the same with the wifi, the tv works fine and Ethernet internet works fine, it's jus the wifi.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can try please?

This is also happening to me, i am in the south west, and exactly as previous person has described, all test on app show its working fine, but hub has orange lights and i have followed instructions with no avail!!
