Slow unreliable connection

Hi So I got sky broadband put in at the end of May and it's been really hard work i have to restart the router 3 times plus a week when you check on My Sky it says I'm getting between 68 and 69mps but in reality I never get more than 32mps and it blocks things like Asda and other online shopping sites and my EA app on my PC which has always been fine and just last week it cut me off a phone call cause it decide to restart itself any help would be greatly appreciated.

@HBKHHH Have you changed the default setting in the broadband sheild to see if that fixes your issue with getting to certain apps?

@Highlinder yes I have changed the sky shield settings but certain site still remains in accessable not sure it's a DNS issue

@Highlinder nope country and region are it just it just won't load specific sites but then loads everything else fine
