You can set up a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality" target="_self"&gt;Broadband Quality Monitor&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you suspect the issue is due to a line issue which it can be in rarer cases.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are gaming it is strongly recommended to use an ethernet cable from your hub to to the device especially if you have a large number of close neighbours. WiFi is always a bit of a gamble.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To post screnshots simply use the camera icon in the toolbar but you have have to use the ... button if it isnt appearing if you are using for example a phone to post.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
