Ethernet working fine on sky max hub

My Ethernet is working on sky max hub but I can’t connect to wifi on any device the lights are on I have reset the hub using wps button and ont open reach box but still nothing it's only started happening since I rang sky earlier and changed contract

@Jensonj6 there have beenreports of other customers not being able to see the SSID for new Sky Max hubs. Can you confirm that you cannot see the new hub's id in the network list on a device close to the hub?

@Jensonj6 Sky have asked us the escalate these type of issues to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
