My Sky broadband is working fine and with the correct mbps, but if you move to the kitchen or yard, you loose the signal. We have broadband extenders, but this has not solved the problem. Any ideas?

Have you checked they are compatible with your new Sky hub & that you have reset them and connected them to your new hub?
