Wifi not connecting

Hello my wifi doesnt seem to connect to my phone and if it does its always on and off and most of the time i have to go on my setting to reconect it. It also doesnt automatically connect when i walk into my house i have to do it myself but when i test the connection on my phone it says theres nothing wrong with it

ive done all the testing and resetting it but nothing seems to work. Im not sure why its not working

@jamesn123 I have also noticed that my WiFi is really slow upstairs and doesn't connect at all in my daughters room
