      <title>ONT box red light - need to report the outage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My ONT box has a red LOS light which is indicative of an issue with the fibre network, as such I have no Sky broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could someone contact me regarding this to save me having to call and wait in huge queues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
