<title>topic Wifi connection poor in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Wifi-connection-poor/m-p/4687739#M405008</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have reported twice before in the past year that our wifi connection has got progressibly worse. We have a hub with a wifi booster. Our setup has been the same for many years.Myself and my partner work from home and both frequently loose Internet connection. This was never an issue we have both worked from home for the past 7 years. Wifi just doesnt work on any mobile phone devices in the house meaning we are having to connect to 4g constantly. The amount &amp;nbsp;if devices connected have been the same devices for several years and the wifi has never been so bad. Whilst &amp;nbsp;devices are connected they are not being used all the time. Its so bad that not even netflix will &amp;nbsp;connect on the sky apps. &amp;nbsp; We are considering going to a new &amp;nbsp;broadband provider if this continues to be an issue for us and not sorted out. We pay £106 for our sky package and to be quite frank feel the service we receive is mediocre at best. We test the broadband and wifi connection frequently and it always says there is a good connection but there is something wrong with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
