&lt;P&gt;PON is Passive Optical Network (ie the external connection) so there's little you can do other than rebooting the ONT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't change anything you'll need to book a fault with Sky for investigation by the network maintainer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
