Thanks yes I reported it to Sky the next morning on Tuesday 1st July. I was told that it was an outage in my area. Have been ringing up for the next few days and given same answer though the call centre could not tell on their screens why there was an outage or how long it will take to fix. So frustrating. Finally on the Friday I was given this reason:

' There has been a failure of equipment at the exchange and all customers effected are being moved to different equipment, we have no estimated resolution date but Openreach say they are working hard to fix it. '

So still no idea how long it will take to fix. A whole week now. My teenage kids are also tearing their hair out. So frustrating especially as my neighbours connection is fine?!
