      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since renewing our broadband contract a few months ago, we've experienced problems with losing internet connection. Seems worse in the evenings. Can't stream any apps or download anything on Sky Q as there's no connection. Nightmare! WiFi drops out constantly. We get notifications on our smart tv so we can see we keep losing internet. Sometimes unplugging the router seems to fix it, but not always. Can't check broadband speed as WiFi doesn't work. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can run the My Sky connection test over a mobile connection. That test initially shows the last routine test result ignore thst and click to run the test again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
