Help, feel like cancelling all together ! Using puck to try and stream TV , working ok with netflix, sky Atlantic , YouTube, but when I try to watch live channels BBC, ITV channel 5 etc it will work for a while then buffer or go pixelated 🥴 connected using WiFi to start with then moved to ethernet . Was getting speeds between 40-60mbs , tried moving the puck away from all electrical devices no difference. Now today just tried and all channels won't play properly , did a speed check through netflix and it was average out at 10mbs and WiFi fi 15mbs 😤😤😤 not good! Any advice?? Otherwise I will will be going back to Virgin where I never had any issues.
