      <title>WiFi stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my WiFi has suddenly stopped working. Voice light is orange and there's no light for the Internet on my router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection is apparently saying it's fine when I log onto Sky but clearly it's not working so I'm not sure why it's saying fine?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
