      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet has gone down this morning. It was fine first thing and now stuck on amber. Have turned router off and unplugged everything and put it all back in and reset router 6 times and no change. Done the service check and when it says it'll do a test it says they have an issue doing it at the moment. This is a joke now and I called and got cut off! Service is getting worse at Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well the green light has just come on. People in my area have told me their internet keeps dropping today or not on but service status says everything is fine.
