I have no internet havent had any all day but the service checks are coming back saying no issue ???

Same issue, on the hub the wifi light it lit up green but theres nothing on the internet light but app says connection is fine, based in leicestershire so might be a zonal issue

Same here for past few weeks Wi-Fi keeps dropping out a few times a day

I also have the same problem. No internet/wifi but router showing all green lights and service check comes back fine. So annoying.

I switched from BT broadband to SKY broadband about 6 weeks ago. While with BT (NOT full fibre) very relaible connectivity. Since moving to full fibre every day the hub loses service on average 4 times a day. Impossible to work from home with this unreliability. I'm regretting switching to SKY.

I've got no Internet at all my streaming puck won't work at all either due to it so we litterlaly have nothing
