      <title>Cannot access Broadband Shield Website</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unable to accesss Sky Broadband Sheild as I wish to turn off safe search. I spoke to a sky customer service officer yesterday who could not help. Any ideas on how to get access to the website, it keeps coming up with that shown below. Or is it possible for a sky engineer to turn off safe search.
