I do not have fibre but only copper cable to premises. As such I can't upgrade my Sky HD to any of the newer formats (Glass etc) as the Sky engineer could not establish a wi-fi grid in my home. The Sky booster works fine but if I go onto an app (testing with ITV X) then the connection is very slow to load and all the personalised elements ('continue watching' etc) are not available. I have re-entered passwords in ITV x and re-booted the Hub router and repositioned the router but the same issue keeps occuring. If I disconnect the booster, and reboot the hub all is fine. I enjoy the better wi-fi signal when the booster is connected but my wife can't watch ITV X. So the booster remains disconnected. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
