      <title>WiFi slow and not working at times</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have to keep reloading my webpage for it to refresh the connection to load.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it keeps freezing on multiple devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The internet is slow when it does work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to hotspot my mobile data to actually complete work courses which is unacceptable when I am paying for WIFI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have completed the Connection TEST but it said there is a good connection but the loading wheel of doom does not support that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine is not working at all, tried everything but still nothing,&amp;nbsp; Saying good connection in my area but obviously not, trying to contact sky direct is very bad!!&amp;nbsp; I am paying for a service which is not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
