We always had problems with our internet service when we complained it was replaced with fibre optic unfortunately speed problem still continues,

Could you please take this as urgent matter to resolve the issue

What exactly is the issue you are having? Is your speed lower than it should be? If so what speed does Sky say you should be getting & what speed are you actually getting?
