    <description>&lt;P&gt;About a month ago I told Sky I wanted to stop having a landline through BT and have all my services through them.&amp;nbsp; Yes, sure, no problem they said.&amp;nbsp; They were going to contact BT get the landline cancelled and start me up on Broaband essential.&amp;nbsp; Yes, I said like an idiot, go ahead.&amp;nbsp; I thought everything was fine.&amp;nbsp; But no.&amp;nbsp; BT are still charging me and haven't cancelled anything.&amp;nbsp; I have called Sky twice now about this and every time they say open reach rejected the request and they'll look into this.&amp;nbsp; I was promised a call back either Sunday or today.&amp;nbsp; Obviously that didn't happen.&amp;nbsp; Today, no promise of anything, just "we'll look into it".&amp;nbsp; In the meantime BT are charging me a fortune.&amp;nbsp; Advice?&lt;/P&gt;
