      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have reported it to sky, yes I know it is customers reading this and boy do I know the meter keeps turning, especially when you are not receiving any service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky just fob you off with any old twoddle, we will run tests and get back to you, then you can never find them again in the call centre&lt;/P&gt;</description>
