The My Sky app acoonection testvwill give you the currentvspeed to the hub togetgercwithe history over tge last couple of weeks if thst is tge issue the test should offer an dngineer to checknthe line.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If however it is poor wifi which is auite likely innthe case of a firestick in a top bedroom that is not under Sky's control and in many homes a single free hub is not going to give decent wifi in every room.
