    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The power &amp;nbsp;light on my black box is green and the internet light is off &amp;nbsp;and I can not access the internet or use my apps on tv. I have run the network status and I am not connected to the internet. I have turned off everything and back on, I have followed instructions and disconnected at the wall and put back in after 5 seconds making sure it clicks. No joy, still not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4106966"&gt;@Angela1976&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if the service is still down this morning run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if it tells you Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky and report the loss of connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
