    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there! I've just recently ordered a free WiFi extender because all my Smart home items keep slipping offline due to poor WiFi signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Advisor was great and recognised my problem as he could see it for himself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;normally, when I receive a new Sky item it appears in 'My Orders" within the " My Sky" App.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But this is a very recent order of the WiFi extender, but is not showing as ordered in "My Sky" App.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;should I just chill out.? &amp;nbsp;or give them a quick call to confirm my order?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you in advance. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18079"&gt;@Chrisse&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3991956"&gt;@Barry1506&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Typically while otders do take a few hours to populate if it hasn't shown up or you have not had a notification from DPD in 24 hours I woulld follow up with Sky.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The conditions for a free pod extender are paying for the Wifi Max bundle and onky one extender can be agreed without a broadbsnd engineer coming out to see what is required. if those conditions are not met the order would not go through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
