Sky will not necessarily be aware of a line fault until you report it especially if the online tests are not picking it up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Chrisee I guess that's my point the site is reluctant to relinquish contact telephone number, eventually I used the autobot chat and said I wanted to cancel my contract and then it gave out a contact number.. anyway it was after 9pm last night and they were closed, so will try again today, thanks for you reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Their numbers are not that difficult to find - there is a contact us link at the bottom of each web page which will give you a number if you follw the links far enough. A google search will give you a number just only choose one starting 03 to avoid rip off call forwarding companies. All Sky numbers end up on the same IVR system which requires persistance to get through dontvaccept offers of texts etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One tip thst works is if you can use the Sky Talk line then dialling 150 gets you a free call works if youbhaveca Sky mobile as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
