I upgraded from fibre optic to giga fast in March with a speed guarantee of 900mbps, my max has been 93! I've called sky 12 times and done all the checks and took out all cables and they say it's fine when clearly it isn't. Noone is helping but they're happy charging for a service I'm not getting. They keep tellin me engineer appointments aren't available

@KimPT83

Always important to note that 900Mbs over optical cable to the Hub is not 'WiFi speed': all WiFi connections are zero Mbs some tens of metres from the property or through a few walls.

Do you have a device which you can use over ethernet cable to the Sky Hub (and which definitely has a gigabit ethernet chipset)? That's the best way to test the speed which is actually being delivered by an ISP.

You almost certainly wont get 900mbps over WiFi in any scenario, it just isnt feasible with the kit that Sky provide. Have you done an ethernet test?
