&lt;P&gt;UG = underground&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Pre built to curtilage = there's an existing duct in public space up to the edge of the property&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hard = as above (so requiring more work than trenching in soil)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can confirm there is an existing sky connection box and fibre cables from the previous tenants. I was wondering why they still need permission to work document. Don't they have this information that they have existing setup in this property?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
