It is possible that your current issue is caused by a faulty hub but that is comparatively rare most issues are down to the line or wifi signals in your home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Currently only the hub on the second line in the picture on this page&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;is obsolete if you have one of those Sky will replace it with a newer model if you call them or post again and a Superuser will escalate your post to a Sky chat team. All of the other hubs are still. In use and will be replaced like for like if yours is faulty..&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So over 10 years I've had my modem. They are happy to take my money by signing me up for a new contract but no modem. ? What's going on ? I don't get home till after 9 most nights so can't spend hours on phone fixing this. A complete pain. Can anyone help ? So fed up. Already tried to sort this but only received a new contract. Still no Netflix, Disney or WiFi in house. Modem is usless&lt;/P&gt;</description>
