We have recently upgraded to fibre optic broadband and the salesperson assured me that the new upgraded system would work in all rooms in the house! This was possibly the main reason for upgrading as my wife's phone kept dropping off the WiFi on our old WiFi. Can you help please.... The salesperson said that there may be a boost device that could be used if for some reason the connectivity wasn't improved.
