&lt;P&gt;Pucks are shipped next working day.&amp;nbsp; Hub delivery is timed for arrival a couple of days before the scheduled activation date, because apparently having them land earlier means they are more likely to be misplaced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Moving to Sky from BT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an Openreach engineer due on Friday to upgrade the line to full fibre. As of yet I haven't received a Sky router although the pucks came a couple of weeks ago. Am I right to assume that the engineer will also supply the router?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Karl&lt;/P&gt;</description>
