Websites hanging

Recently upgraded to 500 FTTP , im getting full speeds but websites seem to be hanging for 5-10 seconds before loeading , ive tried diffrent web browers and also with no avail , any ideas?

What setting is your broadband shield on?

Sheild is Disabled , all websites it happens randomly , sometimes they load fast sometimes they hang , would it be a SKY DNS problem ?

Quite possibly dns. Could you maybe try and change a device dns to cloudflare 1.1.1.1

Dont think there is a option to change DNS server on sky router.

There isn't on the hub but you should be able to change them on individual devices to test them against devices connected using the sky hub dns
