    <description>&lt;P&gt;Problem with intermittent faults is 99 times out of 100 the Sky service checker wouldn't see a fault. Because of this a phone call to Sky is required for them to look in to it further, this is when the battle begins...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Broadband keeps losing connection. Everything looks fine but keeps losing connection every few minutes. Centre light on router goes out and starts flashing. Router over 3 years old.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For me it starts yesterday but not that terrible&amp;nbsp; like today!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My router loses connection every couple of minutes too and his connection lights become orange...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
