      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everyday for almost a month my sky broadband goes down multiple times in a day. I've had my route replaced in the last 2 months as well. This is absolutely unacceptable Sky, what am I even paying for at this rate&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
