Sky Broadband Router ELF

So as posted previously I had agreed several months ago with Sky that they'd send me a new router but then they kept sending me Sky Q Hubs when I'm a FTTP Customer. This was finally solved in a chat then phone call with a Sky Agent - it appears when an engineer had swapped my Q for a Broadband Hub they hadn't noted it on my record. All good and a new Hub was delivered and I connected it up on Sunday, sadly however we started getting reboots again on Tuesday and then this morning we got up to no broadband and a red/green flashing power light which on searching suggests a router failure. I did try a hard reset and a power off but to no avail (ONT lights all as they should be).

As I hadn't posted the old one back yet I reconnected that and I have broadband. Unfortunately the chat has closed I was connected to closed on Tuesday morning and I could do with getting to an agent to arrange the sending of another hub ...
