This forum is mainly populated by other customers, not Sky employees so sarcastic posts are not the way to get help really.

I'm guessing you're measuring speeds via a device connected through WiFi rather than hard wired? If you can't connect something directly, what does the router report as regards download stats? What about a WiFi device in the same room as the router? No company guarantees minimum speeds via WiFi as there are too many variables.

Since having ultrafast installed on 10/4 I have had only a few days when my speed exceeded the contracted minimum of 100 mb/s. In addition, I have no access to several settings ( some stating come back when your broadband is activated ). I have no maintenance button in 192.168.0.1 so I cant check firmware etc.

I have had phone and email contact with 15+ customer service reps and 1 tech guy and none of them have managed to resolve my issues. I have managed to get a refund for the 1st month and another promised today. I have given them a deadline of 30/6 to resolve the issues or I will cancel the broadband / phone elements of my contract on the basis of failing to give the contracted speeds and failing to provide levels of support particularly as I am a diamond customer of some 31 years standing.

Update, Pod booster sent but actually slower than before, today is cancellation day subject to a mooted tech guy call later and a minor miracle.

Despite 37 days views no one has commented here.

Mentioned below "On average, new discussions are replied to by our users within 4 hours" I guess they are all on holiday.
