Hi,

I upgraded (haha) to the sky max broadband to enhance the Wi-Fi over the house and upstairs, the new hub arrived and its terrible. No Wi-Fi connection to the mini box upstairs that used to work fine! Sky sent an engineer out who couldn't help as he wasn't the right technician. He did advise to plug the old hub back in and see how it goes. It is much better than the max hub and the mini box stays connected, so i want to cancel max and go back to the old hub and broadband (still sky). Can anyone advise how to do this?

Thanks in advance.

Yes I do, it's the black tall one like the max hub in shape. I've already plugged it back in and using it 🙂
