Sky can possibly get your master socket or ONT moved it will depend on the layout of your home so you cant be certain until the engineer is on site. &amp;nbsp;Sky could use their own engineers or Openreach's it varies but there is normally a charge. Before calling them you may want to consider whether getting a longer cable from the current connection point to where you want the hub might be a simpler solution. Indeed simply running an ethernet cable from the hub to the TV is possibly the best solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
