All lights on box Broadband keeps not working All test say everything ok. Phone behaves weirdly, messages take forever to come through and send

I am also habif the same issue it keeps dropping despite running test and everything saying it is running fine

Same thing to me, and when i do a sky teat it says all is working when it clearly isnt. Ita been droping on and off for a few weeks now

Same here. Based in East London. Signal keeps dropping out intermittently with red lights in box flashing before going back to normal

I'm having the same issues. I just recently changed my package to drop TV and phone and was sceptical, thinking the poor service had to do with that 🤔

It's really annoying and the main Broadband site doesn't help!
