&lt;P&gt;If rebooting the router always resolves the issue then it suggests you may have a faulty one. It may be best to call Sky and report it that way so they can send out a replacement&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Fibre - WIFI drops but Ethernet ok.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone, can anyone help me before I go to Technical support as it might be something easy?&amp;nbsp; I had Fibre installed just over two weeks ago and the speed is great but I have had to turn the router off and back on 3 times now over the two weeks as my WIFI stops working.&amp;nbsp; The WIFI dropped out last night, all the lights on the ONT was green, my Sky Q hub (SR203) lights was all green and the ethernet connections worked fine, just no WIFI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the WIFI dropped the second time I reset the hub using the reset button and everything was ok for a week then the WIFI dropped again last night.&amp;nbsp; The hub is about 6 years old.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone offer any advice of any settings to look at/change or is it time for a new hub?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Router stats are below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Router Statistics&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;System Up Time:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;22:34:31&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collision Pkts Tx b/s Rx b/s Up Time WAN WANoE 2506747 13186987 0 131201 5327433 22:32:22 LAN Up 3489159 3091983 8 618478 3616282 22:34:31 WLAN (2.4 GHz) Up 3618456 485449 0 22763 0 22:32:34 WLAN (5 GHz) Up 22743962 6088354 0 0 224646 22:32:25&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
