Despite resetting the router a few times been without Broadband for past 40 mins. Sky checker doesnt state anything? Is this affecting anyone else?

Same here. I live near Falmer and it stopped working around 8.15pm tonight.

Mine's been down since about 830 / 9pm. Can't get through to sky - they knock off between 9 pm - 8 am which isn't great.

Tried re-booting a few times, and again just know.

I noticed that my phone lost its ringing time two or three weeks ago, but the broadband had been working till today.

Didn't report the phone issue as I don't give out my landline and had other priorities. Anyone else had a similar issue with phone previously going dead only (much) later to be followed by BB going down?

My broadband has been down for 2 days now. Service checker states that there is an issue in the Brighton area. Your customer service lines are not working today. How do I claim compensation and when will this be resolved?
