&lt;P&gt;The rule with Openreach is the broadband must drop more than 10 times a day or be out for an extended period for it to be registered as a fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broadband constantly drops out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the last few months our Sky broadband is dropping out at random times during the day and night. Some days this can be 1-2 times, whilst others can be multiple times throughout the day/night. I have logged this as in the last 60 mins our broadband has dropped out twice. A broadband test can only be done when the boradband is active, therefore constantly saying there is no issue which is incorrect. Please advise as a matter of urgency as this is affecting all devices within the property as well as video conferencing calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>
