However if you have moved into a property with a full,fibre supply and the previous resident has taken the ONT with them then you will have to call Sky so they can get Openreach to fit a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If it's in the UK then putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.&lt;/P&gt;
