By default your Sky home network should be secure unless someone has weakened the security by changing settings. If you suspect a device has been compromised run a security scan.

My Norton 360 app has flagged my sky broadband connection as suspicious and recently compromised by an attacker.

can't seem to speak to a human at sky, has anyone else had this before?

Sky take security seriously but the bigest security risk is somebody clicked on a link in an incoming email or message that loaded a trojan.

Thanks. I'll keep trying to speak to someone, it's been notifying me with the same message since yesterday and keeps telling me to leave the network
