&lt;P&gt;The best bet, if you have no internet, is to report the fault to Sky by phone, with a complete loss of service you'll then be eligible for compensation after a couple of days if it isn't fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hiya I’m having continuous problems with my sky broadband which is in turn effecting my sky go! I have no light on ny internet. I have had sky engineer and open reach engineer out over the last month and today the exact same thing has happened again! &amp;nbsp; I need this sorted please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
